Lorrie began full time dispute resolution in 2010 after serving as a Circuit Court Judge in Memphis, Tennessee. Lorrie mediates all types of disputes including cases involving complex commercial disputes, class actions, employment law, personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, estates, construction, business matters, and products liability.

Lorrie joined the Mediation Group in January 2015. She is a member of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Prior to taking the bench, Lorrie litigated a broad range of matters, focusing largely on the same areas she currently enjoys mediating. She tried many jury trials to verdict in both federal and state courts and has argued cases in the 5th and 6th Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Prior to joining her law firm, Lorrie served for six years as an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Memphis. Lorrie is a 1982 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law.
