Nathan has over twenty years of civil litigation experience, having tried over forty jury trials in personal injury, medical malpractice, labor and employment, contract and insurance defense matters. Nathan was a founding partner of Morse Foushee, P.C., practiced as in-house counsel for the GEICO insurance companies, and worked many years as a personal injury attorney.
Nate is a 2004 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Purdue University in 1997 and a Certificate in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Louisville in 1998. Nathan has a strong medical background, and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and MENSA.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys watching IndyCar and Formula 1, and operates a motorsports team competing in both automobile and motorcycle racing.
